FAQs

Do you sell men’s or women’s clothes?

This is our most frequently asked question.

The answer: We sell clothes to people with style.

Our brand is gender-inclusive.

We list the size and gender as marked on the original garment for informational purposes.

Shoulder width and garment length are added to help you decide if it fits your body type.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes.

To request a return or exchange, please email info@shoptutt.com within five days of receiving your order.

Let us know why you want to return or exchange the item.

We accept returns as long as the garment is in the same condition as when you purchased it.

We can also exchange it for an item of equal value.

How accurate are your product shots?

Product shots were taken on an iPhone in natural daylight.

We feel this is the best way to represent the true color and condition of the garment.

Can I shop in person?

Yes!

Follow us on Instagram to stay current on where we will pop up next.

You can find us at the Unite Worldwide Farmer’s Market one weekend a month in Brickell, Miami, Florida.

More opportunities to shop locally will be announced soon.

What is circular fashion?

Circular fashion is a movement dedicated to reducing waste, promoting conscious style choices, and finding new ways to repurpose secondhand clothes.

Traditionally, the fashion industry has followed a linear lifecycle for garments.

Clothes are produced, sold, worn for some time, and often thrown away.

This creates waste because the garments end up in landfills when they could still be useful to someone else. It also creates more demand for new garments, creating additional waste in manufacturing.

Circular fashion aims to change this by creating a more sustainable circular system.

The idea is to keep resources and materials in use for as long as possible, reducing waste and environmental impact.

So, feel good about your purchase!

You’re helping offset fashion waste and bringing new life to vintage clothes.
